The recipes for the course have never been filmed before, and they’re shot in a way that Danielle has never been able to do until now. The two camera angles will allow you to see what the food should look like at each stage of the process, allowing you to cook along in real time if you’d like. You can easily pause a video, or return back to it later to revisit a certain technique or tip you enjoyed.

The long-form format allows Danielle to impart all of the special tips and tricks she’s amassed over the 12 years that she has been cooking grain-free and Paleo. With tips for making items ahead, or using a store-bought substitute for an ingredient to speed the process up, you will find these videos incredibly informative and helpful.

The full-length, step-by-step videos will never be shared on social media or other platforms; they are exclusive to this course. You can choose to watch them at your own pace, revisit the videos as many times as you want, and cook along using the step-by-step recipe instructions that include photos for each step. 

In addition to the recipes, Danielle takes you inside her fridge, pantry, and freezer to show you what her favorite products are and what to look for on labels. She shows you how to find good, non-toxic ingredients and cookware, and how to care for it.

We want to be sure that I and the DW team are able to give students the tools and support they need to succeed. We are only a team of five so keeping it limited helps us ensure we don’t neglect anyone. We also love how intimate the private Facebook group community is and want to continue to keep it that way so relationships can continue to form with other members.

We will be opening enrollment a few times a year if Danielle's busy cookbook writing schedule allows.

Yes. For some reason, it can be glitchy from your phone, so a desktop works best!

Not at all! Danielle doesn’t use soy or legumes in her recipes. 

It will be a combination of fan favorites and brand new! For the recipes that have already been published in books or on the blog, they are getting a makeover with step-by-step photos for each part of the method plus in the videos Danielle will share tips and tricks that she has never shared about those recipes before! Things like doubling up and freezing, reusing part of the ingredients in a different recipe, what to look for in ingredients, brands she loves, etc.!

We'll be sending out a tools and equipment list to members! But if you'd like to get a head start - the tools listed at the beginning of each of my cookbooks would be a great list to go off of.

Unfortunately without testing the recipe dozens of times in my own kitchen, I cannot accurately give substitution advice for each and every recipe. However, the live Q&A time will be the best time to ask about things of that nature and I will give the best response I can based on things that I have done in the past!

Members will also receive my substitution guide where I do give common sub advice for those items. Just know that they have not individually been tested, so it will take a bit of experimenting in your own kitchen! 

The other hope though, is that the community members will all be able to support each other in some of those more nuanced fields. There definitely will be others who have similar dietary needs, so hopefully you can all put your heads together and give each other advice based on things that you have tried in your own kitchens.

The videos we are doing for the courses are unlike anything we have ever done on social media - way more in depth and interactive and more tips and tricks than Danielle has ever been able to give. Plus our live time will be more intimate and educational. But the short form videos or occasional fun live videos on IG and FB will remain the same!

 Yes absolutely! We already have quite a few members from different countries. And Danielle's hope is exactly that - since she really can’t give expert advice on brands and stores in places other than where she lives, that the members will come together and be able to assist and support in those areas!
